Quote requests
We collect the business, contact and requirement information you submit to process your request. When direct routing is available, you choose the named referral partner or partners that may receive those details. We record the selected providers, consent wording, consent time and a referral reference for accountability.
Provider use
A routed provider receives the information so it can respond to the specific certification enquiry you requested. The introduction is not intended to grant permission for unrelated marketing. Any further marketing permission should be obtained separately by the provider.
Marketing
CZITAPP marketing opt-in is separate and optional. You can request provider contact without subscribing to CZITAPP marketing.
Retention
Quote-request records are private in WordPress and should be retained only for the justified commercial and compliance period configured by the site operator.
Your rights and contact
The operator should publish its legal identity, privacy contact and any processor/subprocessor information that applies to the live service.
